Welcome to Elevate Pilates HTX
Pilates Designed For High-Achieving Individuals
Your first session begins with understanding your body.
Every new client at Elevate Pilates HTX begins with a movement assessment. This is not a formality. It's the foundation of everything that follows. We want to know how you move, where you hold tension, what your history is, and what you're working toward. That information shapes every session we design for you. So that from day one, you're not just exercising. You're training.

What To Expect
Time
Your assessment takes approximately 50 minutes. Plan for a full hour at the studio. This session is the foundation of your entire training program and it deserves the time.
What to Wear
Wear comfortable workout clothes as you'll be moving on the equipment from your first session.
What We'll Cover
Your instructor will assess your posture, movement patterns, strength, and any areas of tension, restriction, or history of injury. You don't need to prepare anything just show up and be ready to be coached. The more we know, the better we can train you.
What Happens Next
After your assessment, your instructor builds your training program around exactly what we learned. From session two onward, every movement, every correction, and every progression is designed specifically for your body and your goals. This is what smart training looks like.
