  • Step 1) Inquire

    Get in touch via our contact form, or email, to share your team’s wellness goals. We’ll respond within 24 hours to discuss your vision.

    All corporate wellness services must be scheduled at least 3 weeks in advance.

  • Step 2) Planning & Customization

    We’ll schedule a 15-minute consultation to learn about your team’s needs, preferences, and logistics. Together, we’ll design a program cadence that aligns with your objectives.

  • Step 3) Confirm & Logistics

    We'll handle the details - scheduling, instructor coordination, and session programming - for an stress-free experience.

    You provide: A conference room or quiet space for all on-site sessions

    For Desk Mobility and Unwind the Mind: you provide chairs and conference room

    For Corporate Yoga and Mat Pilates: We bring 10 mats (additional mats to be provided by participants)
