  • Yes we do! Our Group Classes are Circuit-style Pilates sessions. You get to train on different equipment all in one session. Capped at 6 participants for a semi-private training experience. Class Schedule:

    Mondays/Wednesdays at 1pm

    Tuesdays at 2pm

  • We recommend all beginners start with our Elevate Explore Pass, designed to set you up for success.

    Your journey begins with a 50-minute private assessment, where we’ll evaluate your posture, movement patterns, and goals. From there, you’ll schedule a duet and small group class sessions tailored to your needs where you will learn Pilates fundamentals in a safe, supportive environment.

  • Absolutely! We specialize in cross-training athletes in all sports including; football, baseball, basketball, T&F, tennis, golf, dance, gymnastics and figure skating.

    If you would like to book a team Pilates session we can make that happen. In-studio or on-site options.

  • Please check with your doctor first. We are certified and love working with expecting mamas. We will offer proper and mindful modifications to ensure your comfort and safety during your sessions for each trimester.   • Yes. Our postural assessments and controlled movements specifically address muscular imbalances. Clients often report relief after 3-5 sessions.

  • Pilates is suitable for people of all fitness levels and all body types. Our experienced instructors will modify exercises to accommodate your individual needs and abilities. All are welcome in our studio.

  • Comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion is ideal. We recommend wearing athletic attire and bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated.

  • For optimal results: 2-3x weekly. Consistency is key.

  • All sessions are 50 minutes. Sessions are offered in-studio or virtually Monday-Friday.

  • Yes! We provide a menu of signature Wellness Activations tailored for high-performing teams and organizations.

    Our signature workshops include Desk Mobility™️ | Ergonomics and Unwind the Mind™️ | Modern Meditation + Mindset Workshop. 45 minutes in lenght, scheduled around lunchtime to create a seamless experience for your team.
